Is Aniimo Multiplayer? Co-op, PvP and Egg Heist

What Aniimo officially supports for single-player, online co-op, PvP and the three-player-team Egg Heist mode.

Supported play styles

Steam lists Aniimo with single-player, online co-op, online PvP and cross-platform multiplayer. You can therefore explore the main creature-catching RPG without treating every session as a group activity, while selected systems support other players.

Operation: Egg Heist

Official store copy describes Egg Heist as a three-player-team PvEvP mode set in the Lost Isles. PvEvP means teams deal with game-controlled threats and competing players within the same activity. Achievement descriptions confirm team, evacuation, collectible and rank goals for the mode.

Do not read “three-player-team” as proof that every open-world activity uses three-player parties. It describes Egg Heist specifically.

Before playing with friends

Agree on a server region first. Aniimo-America, Aniimo-Europe and Aniimo-Apac keep independent data, and progress sharing only applies across platforms within the same server. The cross-save guide explains the limitation in more detail.
